We want the handling of your account, from start through final payments to be perceived as an extension of the dental care we provide you and your family.
As with any partnership, both parties have a role to play. Our role is to provide you with quality service. In turn, your role is to pay for your treatment in a timely manner. Our team will work with you to determine financial arrangements that make sense for both of us. With an agreement made, our joint follow-through will result in a win for everyone.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 HOURS in advance so that we may schedule a new time for you. Thank you for your consideration.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, and/or CareCredit.
We offer a 5% courtesy billing allowance to patients who pay for their treatment in full on the day of service with cash, check, or major credit card on treatment over $1,000. This courtesy excludes payment with insurance and CareCredit.
