Amber, Registered Dental Assistant & Patient Care Coordinator
I have been working in the dental field since 2012. In 2015, I completed Registered Dental Assisting School. The favorite part of my job is helping people and seeing them smile. At Smile Solutions, I enjoy assisting patients throughout their entire visit with us, including helping patients with billing questions to assisting during dental procedures.
I love living life with my son, Brody! In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, crafting, photography, and spending time with family and friends. My son and I have attended Central Baptist Church since 2016.
Faith B., Registered Dental Hygienist
In 2012, I started my journey in the dental field. I have worked in a variety of positions, including front office, assisting, and hygiene. I have worked in many specialty offices, such as pediatrics and oral surgery, but being a hygienist is my favorite position! I love helping patients achieve a happy, healthy smile that they are proud to show off. I strive to build relationships with my patients and make them feel comfortable in the dental chair. I am happy to call Smile Solutions my home because we are a family and everyone treats our patients with top-notch care. We are always willing to work together and help each other out.
I am married and have one son. Together, we have two German Shorthaired Pointers. I love to be outside when the weather is nice. My family and I love to travel and go on adventures. So far, we’ve been to 20 states and have more trips planned, including Europe!
Ashley, Business Manager
I thoroughly enjoy working with Dr. Lamons and Dr. Lamons Roberson and our team. I love serving the best patients in our small town here at Smile Solutions! As a business manager, I enjoy doing a variety of tasks to assist our patients and team members. I strive to make every patient experience the best!
My husband, Phillip, and I have known each other all of our lives and were married in 2016. Between the two of us, we have four children: Riley, Afton, Katelyn, and Tillman. I love spending time with my family and working on Pinterest projects with Phillip. My dad took me to my first Tennessee football game when I was 5 years old, and I haven’t looked back. You can find me every fall at Neyland! Go Vols!
Debby, Registered Dental Assistant
I began my dental assisting career in 1981 in St. Charles, Illinois. I attained my Tennessee registration in 1991. I love all aspects of dental care but especially enjoy working with patients receiving implants and dentures. Just seeing the joy in the patient’s eyes at the treatment that has been completed gives me the best feelings. I have my certification in coronal polishing, radiology, and nitrous oxide. I love building relationships with my patients and feel blessed with the lifelong friendships I have made. Drs. Lamons and Lamons Roberson have the best team, that works together for the benefit of the patients. I am so proud to say I work at Smile Solutions!
I have been married to the love of my life, Lynn for 33 years. We have 2 children, Nathan and Bailey, and 4 grandchildren: Scilar, Madelyn, Abigail, and Maverick. They are my world. I spend most of my free time with them. We have a black lab named Reagan and a black cat named Sister. I am an active member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church where I teach the lower grade elementary school Sunday school class.
Sydne, Registered Dental Hygienist
After my graduation from Hiwassee College in 2012 from the dental hygiene program, I began working as a hygienist in a neighboring town. I recently made the decision to work in my hometown, Greeneville. During the week, you will find me treating patients with and without gum disease, taking dental x-rays, and teaching oral hygiene instructions. My favorite part of my job is the opportunity to build relationships with my patients and help them achieve a smile they are proud of.
I married my husband, Brian, in 2019. We have 2 dogs, Huck and Duke. Outside of work, I enjoy going to concerts, sporting events, traveling, and packing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child.
Kaitlynn S., Registered Dental Assistant
After graduating from Walters State Community College, I began my career as a dental assistant. In March 2022, I began working at Smile Solutions. The favorite part of my job is helping patients love their smiles by restoring their teeth. I am excited to be on the Smile Solutions team because my team makes work fun. Everyone is very passionate, caring, and accepting. It’s like family here!
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my boyfriend Cameron. We’ve been together since 2017. We have a few fur babies. Layla is our German Shepherd, and Fluff and Stella are our two cats. I am very family-oriented, so I like to spend most of my time with my family. You can catch me on Saturday cheering for the Georgia Bulldogs. Go Dawgs! I am all about sports and saving smiles. Oh, and I am Kaitlynn with two n’s.
Faith A., Registered Dental Assistant, and Patient Care Coordinator
Since 2015, I have been working in the dental field. In 2018, I started at Smile Solutions. The favorite part of my job is helping patients achieve their goal smile. I chose Smile Solutions because our doctors and staff go above and beyond with patient care. We are very close and all mesh so well. During the day, you can find me assisting patients with billing and scheduling questions. You may also see me assisting in your procedure!
I have been happily married to my high school sweetheart, Joe, since 2010. We have one daughter, Lily, who is a feisty, but sweet, little girl. We also have one dog, Ari, who is just as wild as our little girl. I spend my time with my family doing gardening or crafting. We also love to cheer for our favorite NHL team. Go Nashville Predators!
