Amber, Registered Dental Assistant & Patient Care Coordinator
I have been working in the dental field since 2012. In 2015, I completed Registered Dental Assisting School. The favorite part of my job is helping people and seeing them smile. At Smile Solutions, I enjoy assisting patients throughout their entire visit with us, including helping patients with billing questions to assisting during dental procedures.
I love living life with my son, Brody! In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors, crafting, photography, and spending time with family and friends. My son and I have attended Central Baptist Church since 2016.

I thoroughly enjoy working with Dr. Lamons and Dr. Lamons Roberson and our team. I love serving the best patients in our small town here at Smile Solutions! As business manager, I enjoy doing a variety of tasks to assist our patients and team members. I strive to make every patient experience the best!
My husband, Phillip, and I have known each other all of our lives and were married in 2016. Between the two of us, we have four children: Riley, Afton, Katelyn, and Tillman. I love spending time with my family and working on Pinterest projects with Phillip. My dad took me to my first Tennessee football game when I was 5 years old, and I haven’t looked back. You can find me every fall at Neyland! Go Vols!
Kaitlyn, Registered Dental Assistant
Upon my graduation from Walters State dental assisting program in April 2019, I began working in the dental field and gaining experience as an assistant. A little over a year later, I started working at Smile Solutions. Throughout the day, I assist Dr. Lamons and Dr. Katie with procedures, take x-rays, chart, and perform various day-to-day tasks. I enjoy getting to see big smiles on our patients’ faces as they leave and laughing with them while they are here with us.
In my spare time, I enjoy shopping and spending time with my family and friends. I live with my parents and sister, and we have a cat and a dog. My favorite holiday is Christmas because I get to see all of my family at one time. Disney World is my favorite destination because it brings me so much joy in every way possible!
Debby, Registered Dental Assistant
I began my dental assisting career in 1981 in St. Charles, Illinois. I attained my Tennessee registration in 1991. I love all aspects of dental care but especially enjoy working with patients receiving implants and dentures. Just seeing the joy in the patients eyes at the treatment that has been completed gives me the best feelings. I have my certification in coronal polishing, radiology and nitrous oxide. I love building the relationships with my patients and feel blessed with the life long friendships I have made. Drs. Lamons and Lamons Roberson have the best team, that works together for the benefit of the patients. I am so proud to say I work at Smile Solutions!
I have been married to the love of my life, Lynn for 33 years. We have 2 children, Nathan and Bailey, and 4 grand children: Scilar, Madelyn, Abigail and Maverick. They are my world. I spend most of my free time with them. We have a black lab named Reagan and a black cat named Sister. I am an active member of Mt. Zion United Methodist Church where I teach the lower grade elementary school Sunday school class.
Sydne, Registered Dental Hygienist
After my graduation from Hiwassee College in 2012 from the dental hygiene program, I began working as a hygienist in a neighboring town. I recently made the decision to work in my hometown, Greeneville. During the week, you will find me treating patients with and without gum disease, taking dental x-rays, and teaching oral hygiene instructions. My favorite part of my job is the opportunity to build relationships with my patients and helping them achieve a smile they are proud of.
I married my husband, Brian, in 2019. We have 2 dogs, Huck and Duke. Outside of work, I enjoy going to concerts, sporting events, traveling, and packing shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child.
Leah, Registered Dental Assistant
After finishing Ross Medical in May 2020, I was on the hunt to find a career as a dental assistant. I started working at Smile Solutions in July, and I knew on my first day that Smile Solutions was where I wanted to start my career. You will see me assisting Dr. Lamons and Dr. Katie throughout the day with different tasks and procedures. I love getting to know our patients and seeing them leave happy and with a smile on their face.
During my free time, I enjoy kayaking, driving to Kentucky to see my family, hiking, and practicing hair and make-up. I love doing hair and make-up! I have two older brothers and a Yorkie named R.J. My favorite time of the year is fall due to colder weather and Thanksgiving!
